We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to meet your coach, ask any questions, and check out the facility.

CJ Strength & Conditioning classes are coach-led group strength and conditioning classes. Our expert coaches will take you through a group warm-up, a strength-based weight lifting session, and end with some sweaty conditioning or accessory work!

Absolutely! Our workouts are often self-paced so you’re not trying to keep up with anyone else, and all of our coaches love helping people make adjustments however and whenever needed to ensure safety and fun.

Wear athletic clothes that are comfortable to move and sweat in.

Any sneakers or athletic shoes that you feel comfortable in. Because our driveway is not paved, we do ask that you bring a separate pair of shoes to wear inside so that dirt doesn’t get tracked into the workout space.

We sure do! Two shower stalls are ready for you after class. We provide bath and body products, but please bring your own towel.
